Why should you have this position?
upon my time in jrotc, i have been given multiple leadership opportunities. as a freshman i was able to gain confidence and take charge of my class which led to me being chosen as a class leader. while on the raider team, i have been given some of the responsibility on establishing our workout routines and contrstuct practices, which in turn have helped prepare for many of our successes. while at jclc i was a platoon leader over the entire female group. i have also been fortunate enough to learn and train under three great leaders: gaby, dena, and mathew who have helped prep me to be successful in this position.
