Disruption in the integrity of the skin and underlying tissues that progress through the healing cascade I a timely and uncomplicated manner ( surgical wound or trauma)

A
Wound that fails to respond to interventions, wounds that are being appropriately managed show measurable progress within 2-4 weeks. If after multiple interventions a wound that fails to progress for 2-4 weeks.
