Manager / Controller
A
- Teacher centered, front of class
- Used when describing, explaining topic, reading aloud, or the such
- Inspiring but not to be overused

Organizer
A
- TT organizes, starts, finishes activities
- TT gives instructions clearly & ensures SS understands
- TT organizes pairing and explains why (activities)
- TT organizes feedback

Assessor
A
- source of proper english
- gives feedback & corrects when necessary
- grading & evaluating
- TT needs 2b fair & take SS feelings into account, check reactions & provide support when needed

Prompter (ini)
A
- TT encourages SS w/ ideas, proposals when needed, when struggling w/ activities
- helps but does not take SS initiative
- prompts SS to not use their native language, for ex

A
- TT works w/ SS as an equal, when groups are uneven or to liven the activity at some stages of lesson
- TT does not dominate activity nor focus

- TT avoids intruding too much

A
- regarding the activities. TT avoids interruption, but is source and resource of info, assistance, and guide, should avoid over helping. Available.

- SS to copy and have assurance of proper english production

A
- TT Measures SS response to activities and their effectiveness, performance, etc. (Activity length, difficulty = successfulness)
- TT takes notes to praise / correct SS after activity is done
- TT keeps distance and does not distract
- TT needs to generate good conds to monitor, like closing un to listen in or check written work in progress
- ensures he can get proper SS input
