Tourist
A person who travels to a place other than his/her usual residence for at least one night but not not for more than one year.
ITA (international tourism arrivals)
Is a person who travels and stays at least one night in another country.
Domestic
Within a persons home country.
International
A person who traveled outside of their home country.
Outbound
A tourist going outside of their home country.
Inbound
A tourist coming into their home country.
Mass tourism
A form of tourism that involves a large number of tourists coming to one destination.
Specialized tourism
Involves individual or group tours by people who wish to develop their given interest or visit places with a connection to their specific interest.
Independent
The traveler organizes and books transport and accommodation from separate sources by themselves.
Package tourism
The simultaneous sale of at least two or more elements of a holiday to the traveler.
