This procedure is the most preferred by many it is ideal for children
And for those who may have a sensitive naval cavity
The nurse will insert the swab 1.5cm into the naval cavity and swirl it for 15 sec

A nasopharyngeal swab will be slightly more sensitive meaning more accurate

No clients cannot book a test with a nurse in advance since the procedure requires a test have had been provided ay at the air port or land border which then either a day 1 take home kit or day 8 take home kit to then be be assisted with virtual telehealth nurse

What are the refund policies
If you’d like to cancel your appointment, please not that switch health requires at least 24 hours notice if you choose to cancel your appointment there is a small processing fee of 10$ if it cancel within 24 hours of your appointment switch health will reimburse you 50% of the total cost
