A
- entire task performed from beginning to end
- task not practiced in separate segments

Blocked-order practice
A
- same task or series of exercises or tasks performed repeatedly under same conditions and in predictable order
- task does not change from one repetition to the next

A
- slight variations of same task carried out in unpredictable order
- task changes with each repetition

A
- variations of same task performed in random order, but each variation of task performed more than once

- movements of an exercise or functional task are actually performed
