assault
intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causing physical injury to another person
criminal damage
recklessly defacing or damaging property of another person
custodial interference
knowingly taking, enticing, or keeping from lawful custody any child less than eighteen years old or incompetent entrusted by authority of law to the custody of another person or institution
disorderly conduct
- intent to disturb the peace or quiet of a neighborhood by fighting
- violent or seriously disruptive behavior
- unreasonable noise
- abusive language
- recklessly handling, displaying, or discharging a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument
endangerment
recklessly endangering another person with a substantial risk of imminent death or physical injury
imprisonment
applied when one person(s) knowingly restrains another person(s) against their will
threatening / intimidation
threatens / intimidates by word or conduct to cause physical injury to another person or serious damage to property of another
kidnapping
knowingly restraining another person with intent to:
- hold victim for ransom or involuntary servitude
- inflict death, physical injury, or sexual offense upon the victim
- place the victim or a third person in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury to the victim or such third person
- victim does not have to be taken from one place to another
criminal trespass
knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully on any real property after a reasonable request by the owner to leave
