What is a modular home
For a modular home, rooms are preassembled at a factory, then transported to the building site and put on a foundation. Also referred to as a “prefabricated building”
What does PUD stand for and what is it?
PUD stands for “Planned unit development”. It was designed to produce a high density of dwellings with maximum use of open spaces
