Voters approve the laws or legislative proposals
Totalitarian
referring to a form of government in which one person or party holds absolute control: dictatorship
Authoritarian
A government in which one leader or group of people holds absolute power. EXCEPT ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INSTITUTONS ARE FREE OF TOTAL CONTROL.
Oligarchy
A government ruled by a few powerful people
