What are the two types of forces?
Contact force and non contact force

What are the five types of contact force?
Tension, normal, kinetic and static, spring, and thrust
It is a force exerted by a string, rope, or cable when attached to a body and pulled

It is a force directed away from the object and parallel to the point of attachment

It acts to oppose sliding motion between surfaces

What are the three types of non contact force?
Gravitational, magnetic, and electrical force
It is between two bodies in the universe due to attraction between them

Repulsive or attractive interaction between two charged bodies

What is the difference between tension and spring force?
Tension is by pulling only, while spring is by push or pull
