CONSENT DECREE
AGREEMENT THAT THE YOUTH ADMIT TO OFFENSE UPON CONTRACT A ADJUDICATION IS NEVER PLACED ON THE YOUTH RECORD. IF VOLATED THE JUDGE WILL ENTER A ADJUDICATION ON THE RECORD AND THE JUVENILE WILL BE PLACED UNDER A DISPOSTIONAL ORDER (EX. PROBATION)
DEFERRED PROSECUTION AGREEMENT (DPA)
REQUEST TO DISMISS CASE AND REFER BACK TO DPA FOR INTAKE FOR DPA. BENEFICAL TO THE YOUTH AND NOT HARMFUL TO THE COMMUNITY, TO WORK WITH CYFS W/O SUPERVISION OF THE COURT.
DISPOSTIONAL ORDER
COURT ODER SETTING THE YOUTH UNDER FORMAL COURT SUPERVISION. THE YOUTH MUST COMPLY, AN ORDER CAN BE PLACED FOR THE YOUTH TO STAY OR BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE HOME.
SERIOUS JUVENILE ORDER (SJO)
YOUTH ADJUDICATED DELINQUENT OF SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS OFFENSE CAN BE PLACED ON 5 YEAR DISPOSITIONAL ORDER.
