It is most common, tough but flexible, connects ribs to sternum, supports respiratory tract, and covers bones within joints

It is very resilient and flexible, forms the ear, epiglottis and airway to middle ear

Has little ground substance, lots of collagen, very durable and tough

A
Found between vertebrae, between pubic bones and around a few joints and tendons
