What is a rule?
Rules are suggested standards of behaviors. They are enforced by those who put them in place, and are usually made to protect people.
What is a Law?
Laws are created by Govs and enforced by police and the court system. All citizens must follow them and if broken, there will be consequences.
(Fines, loss of licenses, community service or jail time)
What is a Monarchy?
Monarch holds supreme autocratic authority. State power is held by a singular family line.
(Modern monarchies have limited themselves to constitutional monarchies, where they just do ceremonies now,)
What is Democracy?
Power of the people. Laws are made through the parliament, which is voted by the people.
What is Republic?
A gov system without a monarch.
What is communism?
Gov based on an ideology. Common vision, collectively serves. Not yours, ours!
What is Dictatorship?
A single person who has absolute power to rule in the state. Very brutal sometimes.
