Nature is the living things,the ecosystems and the processes that form them, and the places in which we find all these
What is Mother Nature?
The earths biosphere- all of the living things on earth and the processes, systems they are apart of or related to, these living things
What is wilderness?
A wilderness environment is big, remote and untouched or relatively untouched by humans
What is necessary for a wilderness to be classified as such?

- undisturbed

- mechanised access
- extraction of resources
- use of non native animals

What is a built environment?
An area that has been created or modified by people
What is an example of a built environment?
Building, parks, transport systems
What is an urban environment?
An area of permanent infrastructure designed to support higher population density
What is an example of urban environments?
Cities, towns
What is a wilderness critique?
To appreciate and see wilderness it is no longer technically a wilderness environment

Granite, sandstone, limestone, basalt, slate rocks

The highest part is treeless and dominated by grasses, shrubs and small flowering plants
