Tooth wont exfoliate for >2-3 years
Mesial lesion on primary 1st molars
Pulpotomy
Remove coronal portion of pulp only =Vital tooth
Pulpectomy
Remove entire pulp non vital tooth
Space maintenance not necessary for
Early loss of primary 1st molars when 6s fully erupted

Don’t place LLHA before
