It is usually acquired due to sexual contact with an infected individual or direct skin to skin contact
CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM
It is cause by an ill-fitting denture. Also, the papilla are dense that crates a characteristics of cabblestone.
PAPILLARY HYPERPLASIA
Clinically it appears as a combination of nodule and papules that tends to coalesce and they are more widespread.
FOCAL EPITHELIAL HYPERPLASIA (HECK’S DISEASE)

ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION (UV)
White patches that can not be scrape off and upon stretching it does not disappear.
LEUKOPLAKIA
Usually occurs bilaterally on the buccal mucosa and upon stretching it disappears.
LEUKOEDEMA
It appears as a smooth shiny bump that looks like a pimple but doesn’t go away.
BASAL CELL CARCINOMA
It is invasive and clinically it has a scaly surface that looks like a crust or an open sore that fails to heal.
SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA
A life-threatening skin cancer that give the skin a irregularly color
MALIGNANT MELANOMA
The affected are patient’s with vitamin deficiency and have HPV infection

Clinically the lesion is in an outward projection that is flat and rounded but not a finger-like and it tend to coalesce.
CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM
The gingiva is dark in color but the person is not smoking or dont have a disease.
