Rifampicin, Isoniazide, Pyirazinamide and Ethambutol (+pyridoxine)

2 months, then 4 months of continuous phase

When would you offer chemoprophylaxis to a laten TB patient?
If they are a HCP, close contact of an active TB patient, immuncompromised –> give 6 months isoniazide or 3 months isoniazide + rifampicin

Discolours soft contact lenses, turns sectrions orange-red, report sx of hepatic disorders

peripheral neuropathy (give pyridoixine alongside) q
