What is a Crane Shot?
-From a Special device called a crane
-resembles a huge mechanical arm.
-crane carries the camera and cameraman and can move in virtually any direction.
What is a dissolve, lap dissolve?
Slow fading out of one shot.
What is an Extreme long shot?
Exterior location,photographed from a great distance.
What is an Eye-level shot?
Placement of the camera approximately 5 to 6 feet from the ground corresponding to height of an observer on the scene.

Technique used to surprise the viewer by withdrawing from a scene to reveal an object or character that was previously out of the frame.

Usually in close shots.

Editing device, a line which travels across the screen.

-Began his career as an actor.
