Trustees of land have all the powers of an absolute owner of the land
s.6(1)
Tustees must have regard for the rights of the beneficiaries
s.6(5)
Trustees must consult beneficiaries and so far as is consistent with the general interest of the trust, give effect to the majority wishes
s.11(1)
Where there is a dispute, trustees or beneficiaries may apply to the court for a decision

Court will consider factors, such as the welfare of a minor, the purpose the property was held on trust

Beneficiaries are entitled to occupy the land at any time provided the purpose of the trust are to make land available for occupation and the land is held by the Trustees so as to so available
s.12
Trustees may impose reasonable conditions on a beneficiary in relation to their entitlement to occupy the land

Removal of trustees by beneficiaries in writing:
As long as no one appointed to do that role
