A
  • anterior delt (primarily)
  • chest and anteromedial side of arm

Increased tonicity of muscle and causes protrusion of inferior angle of scapula due to pulling on coracoid process (anterior scapular tilt)

Triggers can also arise from poor posture and poor respiration mechanics
