Too much pucker in the lips (hard “oo”)

Tight closed throat

REMEDIES

Relax; re-form “B” but deemphasize lip pursing

Re-form “B” but emphasize no pucker (more “M”)

Review “sigh” breathe; suggest yawn with head up
