Japan wanted to be the most powerful military in Asia , and later in the world, and they wanted America to help them. They also believed that if they attacked our naval fleet, we would help them. It didn’t work and we used Hiroshima and Nagasaki (nuclear bombs) to fight them back. So, obviously Japan’s plan failed miserably.

The INC (Indian National Congress) included Gandhi, Jinnah, and Nehru. Their first goal was self-rule then ,once they obtained that under the British, they wanted independence. Then keeping peace between Hindu/Muslim people. At last Gandhi wanted to end poverty, but he died before he could.

The 18th Amendment wouldn’t allow people to drink or sell alcohol. The problem was that people were still buy, selling, and drinking achohol. This was repealed because people would start going crazy, there was no control. The 21st amendment repealed this, it was the only amendment to ever get repealed in the constitution.
