Park Re-gen Steps

A

Truck should be running and warmed up; parking brake applied and in neutral.

Park away from structures, grasses, or combustible products (high heat)

  • Release and reapply parking brake
  • Put truck in drive, then back in neutral
  • Press and Hold REGEN button
  • Wait for engine to rev up
  • Engine will rev down when complete (10-60 minutes)

  • Put Truck in Gear
  • Foot off Brake Pedal*

4-Point Break Check

A

Checked Weekly

Chock Wheels, Start Engine, Wait for 120-125 psi, DC Engine, Leave key on, Release parking brake

  • Watch 1 min for air loss (2 psi)
  • Press & Hold Brake for 1 min (3 psi)
  • Pump Breaks until pressure drops to 50-60 psi (low air alert)
  • Continue to pump to 20-40 psi (spring brake)

Front Tires: No less than 4⁄32 inch
Rear Tires: No less than 2⁄32 inch

Check did rim cracks, loose lug nuts
