- Traditional praying Help the believer come to a greater understanding of gods purpose for their lives
- spontaneous praying is the go to style of prayer when you know you have something on your heart. Something burning and needing to come out

Trinity in Genesis
- Trinity does not come in the Bible however it shows it by saying: father, son, holyspirit
- Father = Creator ( as in the Nicene Creed it says “maker of heaven and earth”)
- Son = incarnation of God as a human being
- Holy spirit = The power of God which is active in the world

- Love can’t exist on its own
- to have love there must be 3 things: the person who loves them, the person who is loved, love that unites them
