Timing of serving a witness summons
At least 7 days before witness due to attend court (if not, court’s permission is required)
What must the witness be offered in the summons?
Covering reasonable expenses of travel and compensation for loss of time

If not done within 7 days, whole claim and counter-claim are struck out
