Must the defence provide details of it’s witnesses to the prosecution?

A

Yes, details of defence witnesses must be served to the prosecution.
The names, addresses and dates of birth of any other witnesses must be served on the Prosecution.

A

Requires either party to serve copies of statements in the correct form that they wish to agree with the other party can be read.
