Indications for 12 lead ecg
A
- chest discomfort or pain
- epigastric pain
- syncope or post fits
- giddiness
- hyperkalemia/hypokalemia

A
- Past med history of DM
- Complaint of giddiness
- AMS/AI
- Fits/post fits
- Lumps, bumps or abscess
- Chronic wounds or ulcers
Note: normal value: 4-8

A
- urinary complaints
- loin or flank pain
- lower abdominal pain

Indications for urine pregnancy test
A
- Female of child bearing age with lower abdominal pain
- Females unsure of LMP and associated with symptoms vomiting, generalised vague abdominal discomfort
- Of child bearing age, unsure if pregnant, required to do xray
