Systemic manifestations of disease i.e. v or d
Current/previous medications alongside dosage, frequency and last dose
Any possibility the pet has not received the medication
Additional supplements
Any other medical problems?
When did the animal last eat and what is the normal diet?
Has the patient had this problem previously? If so, when?
Any other members in the household affected?
If relevant: Has the patient been to another country?
