Respiratory depression, pinpoint pupils, CNS depression
Opioid overdose
Focal necrotizing vasculitis, necrotizing granulomas in the lung and upper airway, necrotizing glomerulonephritis
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis
Urinary incontinence, Gait disturbance, Dementia
Normal pressure hydrocephalus
Anaemia, Thrombocytopenia, Kidney failure (But see Pentad of TTP below)
