Direct those affected by CBRN to safe waiting area/med aid
Cordon-in place and distances, not direct line of sight,
away from glass and vehicles
Control-ensure control informed, RVP designated and searched
Check-cordons are clear, secondary devices and hazards considered, request resources as necessary
