what did david lloyd george want?
david Lloyd george wanted to end the german threat to the british empire he also wanted to reduce the german navy (100,000) and to reduce the threat to the british navy but he didn’t want to humiliate them.
what did woodrow wilson want?
woodrow wilson wanted to prevent germany becoming aggressive again and wanted national groups to have the right to rule themselves. (self determination)
what did george clemenceau want?
georges clemenceau wanted germany to pay for all the damage they caused to france during the war and wanted to weaken the german army so they could never attack frame again.

all the member nations would stop trading with that nation until a lack of supplies would bring the fight to an end

the countries would work together to fight diseases, stop drug smuggling and improve working condition

2.it helped 400,000 prisoners of war return home
3.defeated diseases such as leprosy , cholera and small pox.
4.it sorted out the dispute between finland and sweden in 1920 and sorted out a dispute between greece and bulgaria in 1925

1.the league never had its own armed forces
the usa never became a member , japan and italy eventually left, and germany joined in 1926 but left in 1933
it could’ve stop japan invading china in 1931
it couldn’t stop italy invading abyssinia in 1935
it couldn’t stop germany expanding territory in europe between 1936 and 1939
why might germany be angry about the treaty of versailles
angry about the way the allies rewarded themselves at germanys expense eg taking their colonies
angry that germany was not allowed to participate in the negotiations
