2nd Line –> ACE + DHP-CCB (ACCOMPLISH - HIGH EVDIENCE)

ACEi + TZD
ARBV + DHP-CCB or ARB + TZD

Question 3

Diabetes without Micoralbuminemia, CKD, CVD,or CV risk factors

1st Line: ACEi, DHP-CCB, TZD or ARB

2nd Line –> ACE + DHP-CCB (ACCOMPLISH - HIGH EVDIENCE)

Coronary Artery Disease TX

Beta-blcokeror CCB as intial tx in those with stable angina but without prior HF, MI or CABG

Second Line: ACEi + DHP-CCB in selected pt’s

Long acting CCB if beta-blocker if contra-indicated or not tolerated
