can replace 1st or 2nd dose of epi

first bolus 300mg
second bolus 150mg
Tachycardia with pulse
Pt has HoTN and is confused
Has regular narrow complex
Tx
synchronized Cardioversion
consider adenosine
-6mg rapid IV push follow NS flush
-second dose 12mg
Tachycardia with pulse Pt currently stable Wide QRS >0.12 seconds regular and monomorphic tx
(monomorphic VT) IV access & 12 lead Adenosine 6mg expert consult consider antiarrhythmic infusion
