STEMI - During
M - Morphine
O- Oxygen (if sats <94)
A - Asprin + Clopidogrel / Ticagrelor
N - Nitrates
Emergency reperfusion
Pericutaneous Coronary Intervention (if < 3 hours)
Fibrinolytic therapy of streptokinase/alteplase/reteplase
Stemi - Management after
Lifestyle changes
A - ACE inhibitors - e.g. ramipril
B - Beta blocker - e.g. propanolol
A - Angiotensin receptor antagonists - e.g. valsartan
S - Statins - e.g. atorvastatin
NSTEMI - During

If high risk: Antiplatlets - Aspirin Anticoagulant therapy - e.g. apixaban Beta blockers - e.g. propanolol and consider: glycoprotein IIb / IIIa inhibitors or revascularisation
If low risk:
Monitor troponin + ECG
