  1. Balance muscle tone
  2. Strengthen weak muscles
  3. Reduce asymmetrical motion
  4. Enhance circulation of bodily fluids
  5. Length shortened muscle
  6. Well tolerated in all age groups
  7. Apply Art when Met is not indicated (ex. infants)
