What are the hard signs of penetrating neck trauma
A
- Stridor
- hoarse voice
- large or expanding pulsatile haematoma
- Air bubbling through wound
- new audible bruit (patients < 40)
- Neurological deficit constant with stroke
- unilateral pulse deficit
- airway compromise
- extensive subcut emphysema
- uncontrolled haemorrhage
- refractory hypotension
