Transmission errors Flashcards
CONNECTION
Transmission Errors are nothing but connectivity errors. May be connection problem with Trading Partner system or our Backend system.
STEP 1 -
1- Alert email - Connectivity error - Take BP ID
2- Disable the BP - Goto Deployment-Select Schedule-Uncheck all BPs
3-Next check whether BP is failed/ success -SI Admin-Business Process-Monitor-Adv Search-Business Process-Give the Process Id here-Go
4- If failed we need to see which service is problem.
STEP 2
5- Action part - Goto Instant data of the Service then check Profile tag from process data.By taking TP profile name goto Trading Partner Option from
SI Admin-TP-Setups-Advanced-Select Profile-
Here we can see all the partner information like End Point Id, Port Number, User Id
STEP 3 -
6- Open Filezilla – we can say whether connectivity problem exist from TP server or not. Send screenshot to TP.
7-Once we get proper response from partner we need to resend/reprocess all failed services. And check the schedule BPs
