People don’t know/ are not sure how to transact to take cues from role models.
Important for exec presence and gravitas.
Show you are clever/witty
Focus is determinant of being able to fulfil a Txn so is seen as charismatic. It has a multiplier effect: if people trust those with focus then that person can be trusted to complete group tasks
Everyone want to work by transactions, even with themselves, giving rewards to remind themselves of successful txns, hence sel esteem.
If you demolish the person with creditibility you set up obstacles with others.
Meditate on txns
Terry Orlick: distraction control etc re txns and visualising a Txn day, week, month, quarter
Picture thinkers can like paint the picture too much.
Linear may not have a picture so use there fast processing to engage and transact with people, completing commitment and negotiating terms.
Balance between txns and visual home.
Try to do 1 Txn per hour
A vision without transactions is like a god without a universe
