A

If shots are too short or too long adjust the tamp of your grind.

If this doesn’t correct problem, adjust grind.

Syrup Rules

A

Measure all syrups with scoop.

Drinks with chocolate milk only have one scoop.

White milk have scoop and a quarter. EXCEPT iced kickers, iced annihilators, and 911s they have two.

SF/NF/Soy/Coconut milk have 2.25

Dutch Freeze 1 scoop

Syrup quantities don’t change with size

Steaming Rules

A
  • only amount of milk needed.
  • all hot mochas, breves, and lattes have .25 inch of good tight froth on top.
  • place under steam wand, turn steamer on, allow tip of wand to go into milk about 1 inch.
  • avoid loud jet sound
  • continue steaming until temp reaches 150-155F
  • extra hot, no hotter than 170F
  • Not so hot and kids steamers to 100F

SUGAR FREE SYRUPS AND SUGAR FREE SAUCES RULES

A
  • only one scoop syrup on mochas, latters, breves,
  • two scoops sugar free sauce on mochas, latters, and breves.
  • SF Double Chocoalte Mocha, hot/iced versions are with 2.25 scoops of flavor. Blended version is 4 scoops.

  • Thirty double shots of espresso
  • Two 12oz cups of sugar
  • Mix espresso and sugar well
  • Two gallons homogenized milk when ready to load into machine

  • If not enough mix it will be foamy and UNSERVABLE

A

One level scoop of syrup
A splash of the correct type of milk.
Wet roots of tulips

Kicker Freeze= 1 scoop syrup and splash of kick me

Caramilzer Freeze- 1 scoop syrup and splash of chocolate milk
