4 way stop intersection.
The intersection is a 4 way stop and all approaching vehicles must stop. The first to arrive at the intersection and make a complete stop goes first.

The center lane is shared for left turns in both directions of travel. Traveling or passing in the center turn lane is forbidden. You must also yield the right of way to any vehicle already in the center turn lane.
