Bus
Every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than ten passengers and used for the transportation of persons and every motor vehicle, other than a taxi cab , designed for the transportation of persons for compensation
Commercial motor vehicle
Any self propelled or towed motor vehicle use on a highway and interstate and interstate commerce to transport passengers or property
When has a gross weight of 4536 kg or more

Controlled access highway

Crosswalk

Divided highway

Driver

Every owner of motor vehicle including Tractor or motorcycle and every owner of a trailer shell during the owners registration. And each year register search vehicle as provided in this chapter and obtain a license to operate it for the 12 month.

Display of license plate
Shall at all times Display the license plate issued to the owner for such vehicle in the plate shall be fastened to the rear of the vehicle in a position so as not to swing and Shall be visible at all times
It’s the duty of the operator of the vehicle to keep the license plate legible at all times

Non resident and visitor registration required when
Nonresidents may used in operated on the public streets and highways for a period of 30 days without registering motor vehicles
Motor vehicles owned by visitors have 90 days
