Section 113:

A

D-direct a person on a road to give details.
I-inspect any vehicle, equipment or documents.
M-move vehicles causing obstruction.
D-direct someone else to move a vehicle.
O-order/forbid an unlicensed driver to drive until they obtain the required licence.
D-direct drivers/pedestrians to stop or proceed. (Think white gloves).

  • unsafe (public safety).
  • must tow the vehicle.
  • must take to a independent vehicle testing station.

Green Sticker:

  • defective.
  • can drive (must comply with directions given eg. straight home, to a garage etc).
  • must get a new WOF.

-operated in a race or unnecessary exhibition of speed.
