Block Sale

shall mean the allowance price range for any security as may be determined by the exchange from time to time
trading threshold
an order that can be executed either at the entered limit price or better
limit order
an order entered without a specified price and can be executed either at the BBO or the LTP, whichever is better
market order

value should be no less than Php 20 m
price of security should not be more than 5% above or below the last adjusted closing price
