should be introduced w/low load first w/ close monitoring of pt’s

symptoms Treatment should be changed if: condition worsens–
symptoms/peripheralizing/in distribution/ Or progressing to other domains
(numbness to weakness) Symptoms should improve after 2-3 traction tx
