A
🛑•most commonly functional ,secondary to dialation of the TV annulus with RV dialation :
-RV infarction
-RV failure
Pulmonary HTN
- carcinoid syndrome
- rheumatic
- IE
- Trauma
- rndomyocardial fibrosis

Px of TR FINDINGS:
A
Jaundice ,malnutrition,anasarca d/t liver cirrhosis
Raised JVP , prominent C-V or V wave and Y descent
Pulse :irregularly irregular d/t AF
Blowing PANSYSTOLIC MURMUR best Heard- at left sternal border INCREASES WITH INSPIRATION (CARVALLO’s sign)
S3 may bresent
Ascites
Hepatomegaly, pulstile liver
