State the purpose of a Training Project Plan (TPP).
This is the blueprint CCMM uses to devolop or revise curriculum. It desribes the factors and elements required to perform operations and procedures to conduct a successful training programd procedure It includes POA&M, personnel, hardware, and funds required to achieve a successful program.

manpower, equipment, materials, and funding.

state sources of compensation for all funding and manpower, where the money is coming from
i. Milestones
timeline of major development and implementation dates. When resources and materials will be procured and when proposals will become activated.

It allolws LCs to upload, manage, and maintain TPPs from start to final approval
