What is the mechanism of cholecalciferol?
A
Cholecalciferol is vitamin D3. This becomes converted to calcitriol. Calcitriol increases Ca and P levels. This rodenticide ultimately results in mineralization of organs. Particularly the kidneys.

A
CNS excitation tachycardia, vasoconstriction
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Hyperactivity
- PU/PD
- Lethargy
- Tachycardia
- Cardiac Arrhythmias,
- Seizures
- Death
