As defined by the united nation committee on world food security means that all people at all times have physical social and economic access to sufficiency and nutritious food that meets their food preferences and dietary needs for an active and healthy life
Food security
Availability relates to the supply of food through productions contribution and exchange
Food availability
Refers to the affordability and allocations of food and preferences of individual and household
Food access
Is the ability of individual household or communities to afford the price of food or land for producing food relatives to their incomes
Affordability
People must have access to sufficient quality and diversity of how it’s to meet their nutritious needs and must also eat the properly metabolized such food
Food utilization
Refers to the ability to obtain adequate food over time
Food stability
Is a system or scheme which buys and stores tax at times of good harvest to prevent prices falling below target range or price level and releases stop during bad harvest to avoid process rising above the target range or price level
Buffer stock
Is a government sponsored chain of shops interested with distributing basic food and non food communities to the needy sections of the society at very low prices
Public distribution system
On the other hand it’s defined by united states department of the agriculture as a situations of limited or uncertain availability of nutritionally adequate and safe food or limited or are sentry ability to acquire the acceptable foods in social acceptable ways
