The Treaty of Trianon, Hungary.

Hungary punished by TOV. They had to pay reparations, limit troops, and there was land lost.
The Åland Islands case.
1920
Islands belonged to Finland but was claimed by Sweden. The population wanted to be ruled by Sweden. They turned to the League for help. The Åland Islands were to be ruled by Finland but Swedish culture was protected.
The Treaty of the Serves, Turkey.
1920
Treaty that made the defeated nation of Turkey give away large prices of lands and divide the rest between Britain and France as mandates on behalf of the League of Nations
The Vilna Case

Poland & Lithuania
Both Poland and Lithuania claimed this town. It was the capital of Lithuania but was mainly inhabited by Poles.
The Refugee Comittee
1920-1922
Led by a Norwegian explorer. Raised money, designed houses, and provided medical aid for refugees. It helped over 425,000 prisoners return home.
The Upper Silesia Case

Germany & Poland
It was an industrial region full of iron and steel between Germany and Poland. There was an equal population between each nation and an equal desire for the land their. So the league sent troops to control the area and ran a plebiscite. The industrial areas voted Germany whereas the rural areas voted Poland. So the land was divided according to the votes
The Washington Naval Conference

Called upon by the U.S. to limit the naval arms race and work out security agreements in the pacific. The four pact was signed by the U.S. , Great Britain, France and Japan
