Are the doors key only?
Yes, all entries are keys. You can do a key card it would just be an expense.

The great thing about RC is that we have over 6 million sf of office space, so if you find yourself needing more space we can tear up your lease and find you a new home.

It’s a grander building with more of a presence, 4 entrances.
where is the ZO clubhouse?
1 rock, 33rd floor
when was the ZO clubhouse built?
it used to be a tenant space, and when theyre lease was up in 2017 we took it back and created the clubhouse, and it opened in April 2018

imbedded in your rent, and there are incremental charges for food and drinks
